My wife suggested using Pam as our realtor and I am glad she did. We first had Pam come to the house so we could hear her opinion on our house and the amount she thought we might get when selling. Pam’s numbers were right on with what the house ended up appraising for. After this appointment we were not quite ready to list which she was ok with. Pam did not push or pressure us. Pam just said when you are ready let me know I would love to work for you. When we were ready Pam had a professional photographer come out which made the house look a lot better than just a typical picture. We used this realtor to purchase our very first and second home. With selling our first home being such a monumental decision, we decided to take the opportunity to reach out and gather as much information as we could, to solicit as much feedback as possible. After multiple conversations we had to make a difficult decision. To break from the comfort of familiarity, convenience, and trust. This led us to one of the best decisions we have ever made. After our initial meeting with Pam, it was evident that this person was extremely prepared, diligent, and genuinely excited to help us make the best decision for us.
